  • Selection and involvement of 16 schools from 8 regions in the implementation of the anti-bullying program, with information sessions and sports activities.
  • Carrying out a KAP study before and after the implementation of the program to assess the impact on students' knowledge and attitudes.
  • Creation and distribution of information materials in participating schools to support the anti-bullying campaign.
    Creation of 6 video spots with inspirational messages to be broadcast nationwide to promote non-violent communication.
  • Distribution of the video spots on TV stations and social media platforms to raise awareness.
    Organizing a round table with project partners and school representatives to discuss results and lessons learned.

Project objectives:

  •  To inform and sensitize students from 16 schools in 8 administrative-territorial units in order to prevent and reduce bullying in the educational environment by the end of 2024;
  • To conduct a national awareness campaign on bullying by the end of 2024.
    Direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project:

Direct beneficiaries: the project will involve at least 400 pupils from 16 schools located in 8 regions of the country. These pupils will participate in training seminars, receive information materials and be involved in sport-fun activities, all aimed at preventing and combating bullying. In addition, 16 teachers from the target schools will benefit from a special training module, which will provide them with a thorough understanding of the dynamics of bullying, intervention models and techniques for dealing with problematic situations. In addition, three local youth sports organizations (local clubs of the National Muay Thai Thai Boxing Federation) will receive a comprehensive training to carry out sports education activities in schools.

Indirect beneficiaries: Parents of students will benefit indirectly by providing a safer school environment for their children, which will also contribute to their well-being at home. Also, the general public will be sensitized on the issue of bullying through motivational spots aired on a national TV channel and paid posts on social media, thus reaching approximately 200,000 people and contributing to raising awareness at the societal level.
