30 teenagers from Criuleni, Moldova, became advocates for a sustainable environment

Caritas Czech Republic organized an Eco Summer Camp for Moldovan teenagers. They learned how to reuse, reduce and recycle human-made waste, how to be responsible towards our environment and much more. After joining the camp, 30 young Moldovans are now passionate advocates for environmental protection.

After five months, Ukrainians hosted in the Moldova's shelters say they have settled in. They are gradually getting back to the normal course of life, trying to heal their invisible wounds.

Aurica Ionitza  - a young mother of five from Zaporizka region who received the cash aid - remembers the struggle she and her family went through to survive from the beginning of the war until she managed to take refuge in Moldova.

17 km from Chisinau, a modest little house became home for a family from Ukraine with 9 joyful children.   Expelled by the war from their village, Mihailovs were delighted to find a roof over their heads in Moldova, especially as the family was waiting for the new member to be born soon.
